How to Order

In fact it's so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case:

  1. Find an item you like
  2. Scroll down the page until you see "add'  and click the button to add the item to your basket
  3. Wherever you are on Fletcher Sport Science Ltd you can add items to your basket in the same way
  4. You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the 'basket' or ‘checkout " link at the top right of the page
  5. You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time
  6. Click the "checkout' button when you finish shopping
  7. Fill in all the order details on the secure form
  8. All our prices are in pounds sterling and are VAT inclusive.  Many also include postage and packing,  post and packing costs, if applicable, will be shown when you confirm your order

All our prices are in pounds sterling.  We can only dispatch to locations in the UK

 

VAT

All Fletcher Sport Science Ltd prices include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% where applicable. We always charge VAT at the UK rate and pay it to UK Customs and Excise.

 

Delivery Policy

If you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock, we'll dispatch the same day. If you order after 2pm, we'll still try to dispatch that day but if we can't we'll dispatch the following day. Items ordered after 2pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

We use Business Post Home Service or Royal Mail Packet Post. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we'll use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Business Post if the items are heavy. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where you live.  

Fletcher Sport Science Ltd is constantly updated to keep pace with changes in our stock if demand is high we may occasionally run out of popular items. If we have run out of stock and can't dispatch your order the next working day we'll email you with a revised dispatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order, as you wish.

This means that these goods will normally be dispatched within 2-7 working days of ordering. If dispatch is going to be longer than 7 working days we'll contact you with a revised date which you can either, accept or cancel the order as you wish.

  • If you want something in a hurry email/or telephone your requirements
  • You only pay one carriage charge per order, even if it is dispatched in multiple deliveries

What happens if you only have part of my order in stock?

We'll dispatch the items we do have in stock by the next working day at the latest. We'll email or phone you with a revised dispatch date for the other items.

What do I do to cancel an order?

Just email or telephone us to cancel an order.

If you've received item(s) from Fletcher Sport Science Ltd and you don't want to keep them for any reason return the goods to us and we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will credit your card straight away.

 

Returns Policy

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Return it to us within 21 days - or the end of January in the case of unwanted Christmas presents. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Once we receive the goods we will credit your card ( this may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds) and dispatch a new order for the different size or colour you requested.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Just return the goods to us stating what the fault is.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

All goods supplied by fletcher sport science are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers' warranty. If an item has failed prematurely email or telephone giving us details of the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and possible repair before a credit can be issued.

Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.

Once we receive the goods we will credit your card (this may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds)   for the goods and postage and dispatch a replacement if requested.

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to £25 postage and packing. If your return postage exceeds this amount please contact info@fletchersportscience.co.uk and we may be able to arrange collection for you. Please state a date and collection address (not Saturday or Sunday) where the goods can be collected from.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

How quickly will we process the return?

We aim to process all returns on the day they arrive with us. Sometimes we don't manage to do them all but your return will be dealt with in two working days.

What happens if we are out of stock of the replacement item?

We will refund your card (this may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds)   for the items returned to us. When the replacement item arrives, we will charge your card for it and dispatch straight away.
