The long awaited Suunto Indoor Rowing Guide is now available price £7.50 (incl p&p UK only).
This Guide outlines the application of the Suunto t6 technology to the measurement of indoor rowing performance although the basic principles described apply equally to swimming, running and cycling.
The Guide contains many useful explanations of the physiological terminolgy and application to training. It also explains how to set up the t6 for best effect.
The main section of the Guide shows how to interpret the t6 data using real examples from well known top indoor rowers.
A copy of the Guide will be issued free to all purchasers of the the Concept 2 Model E together with a Suunto heart rate chest belt for use with the new PM4 monitor - see www.concept2.co.uk for details.
