| Triathlon wins for Mel Varvel |

Mel continues her winning ways with two age group wins the first in the Swanage Classic Triathlon on the 9th August - a tough and demanding hilly course - which Mel completed in 2:25:33 to win the 35-39 age group.
This was followed by a superb age group win in the Vitruvian Half Ironman on the 5th September . Mel completed the gruelling course in a brilliant 4:52:18.
Mel is now in training for the 100 mile Exmoor Baest event on the 1st November before turing her attention to full ironman training for Ironman Switzerland in July 2010. |
