| Fletcher and Armstrong show good form |

James Fletcher and Rachel Armstrong both competed in the Bedford Olympic Distance Triathlon and turned in their best performances of the season with personal bests over the course despite a slightly longer bike leg this year.
James improved by over 6 minutes on his time from last year and Rachel by 13 minutes. Improvements in all three disciplines were order of the day.
James's final race of the season will be on the 12th September at the European qualifying event at Bala whilst on the same day Rachel will be battling it out in the World Age Group Traithlon Championships in Hungary.
