This is a non stop race through the alps to the mediterranean sea. It starts in Salzburg and finishes in Monaco. 30 expert paragliders will compete with just a paraglider and hiking boots negotiating over 800 kms of stunning alpine terrain.
Xalps is now established as one of the toughest and most spectacular adventure races in the world with the athletes every move tracked by advanced technology.
Fletcher Sport Science in conjuction with Suunto will be advising 4 of the athletes on their prepartion for the race. Regular updates will appear on this site as well as on a special xalps Suunto blog (details will be announced shortly).
