| Armstrong and Fletcher sizzle in the sun |

On the hottest day of the year Rachel Armstrong and James Fletcher tackled their first full triathlon of the year at Shropshire.
Rachel was also attempting to qualify for the World Championships to be held in Hungary in September.
A steady swim, excellent bike and steady run brought Rachel home in a huge PB of 2:27 easily qualifying for the World Championships.
James had been away from the sport for 2 years but again performed excellently in the sun to record his fastest Shropshire triathlon time of just under 2:12.
James will next race in the London triathlon in August attemting to better his fastest London time of 2:08.
