James Cracknell is competing in the gruelling Marathon Des Sables raising money for MENCAP.
For those unfamiliar with this event it's an ultra marathon 6 day trek across the Sahara desert in blistering 120 degree heat!
After the fourth stage (an 82 km stage), James is lying in 12th overall place - a remarkable achievement - with 2 stages to go looking like another spectacular result for James. |
