I consider myself to be among the most fortunate indoor rowers in the UK. I had the great fortune of meeting Eddie Fletcher in February 2002 and have followed his personalised training programmes since this time. I have progressed steadily and have achieved; silver and 2 gold over all medals in the last 3 Grand Prix seasons. Gold in the 2005 British Championship, and 4th place in the World Championship also this year. I attribute my success to Eddie primarily, as without his expert knowledge in the complex field of indoor rowing training, support, dedication and friendship I would not be where I am today.
