Working with Eddie has helped me focus on the task of improving my power per stroke which is key to in my quest to go sub 6.50 as a Masters LWT rower. The detailed training plan has taken away any of the variables that often cloud an exercise program. Each session is specifically set to meet the goal we have set using the right balance of technique and power workouts. In just 5 weeks of training I have increased my power per stroke and even performed some rate restricted sessions at a pace that is quicker than my current 2k personal best.
